- Start with a scoped brief and authorized source material.
- Forge creates and refines a working artifact.
- Pilot becomes available when there is a preview to experience or inspect.
- Apex becomes available when there is a project artifact and an authorized engineering workspace.
- Download packages supported artifacts; Publish remains disabled until release wiring exists.
Pilot is a capability inside the workflow. It is not a separate product workspace and remains disabled when there is nothing to preview.
